Sassy and her NINE puppies was recently rescued by Wag On Inn from a great shelter up north. Yes, I said
NINE. Can you imagine? Shelters often have difficulty with litters because they need so much care. Luckily one of our amazing foster homes made the commitment to take all ten of them until they are ready for adoption. (In about 5-6 weeks) Sassy looks to be a Shepard mix, the father is unknown, but they are just the cutest little puppies!

Wag On Inn is lucky that we have a foster home so these babies can be safe but there is still a lot to do!! All puppies have to be vaccinated, dewormed, and when old enough spayed and neutered. This is why we rely so heavily on our donators for help.
We have decided to host an online puppy shower for Sassy and her babies!
We are collecting puppy food( wet and dry), powdered milk, toys, baby wipes, paper towels, clorox wipes, flea/tick preventative and most importantly monetary donations so we can have all 9 puppies vaccinated, dewormed, and all 10 of them spayed/neutered so Sassy does not have to go through an unwanted pregnancy again! Nine is enough I am sure she is very tired!
Donations can be dropped off at any of out outreach events listed on our events page www.wagoninn.rescuegroups.org, or given to a WOI volunteer. If you wish to contribute a monetary donation they can be sent to Wag On Inn PO Box 221, Oakhurst NJ 07755 or can be done through paypal on our website.

If you would like to apply to adopt a puppy we will be starting to collect and review applications. These can be filled out at www.wagoninn.rescuegroups.org under forms. Please state that you are interested in one of Sassy's puppies. More pictures to follow and we will update on status as we have it.
